Launch of the Apple iPhone 16 series: India pricing, features, information of the sale, and more

At the ‘It’s Glowtime’ event, Apple debuted the iPhone 16 series. The iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max are the four latest iPhone models that the Cupertino-based tech giant introduced. In an attempt to maintain its competitiveness in the technological market and increase sales, the new iPhone is designed with generative artificial intelligence in mind. The price of the iPhone 16 is still the same as it was last year; the 128GB models will start at about ₹65,000 ($799) and ₹74,000 ($899), respectively. With a vertical camera arrangement instead of the diagonal camera system from the previous year, the iPhone 16 may undergo a significant design makeover. The new update is being marketed as a means of enabling spatial video capturing on the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus.
Significant improvements are anticipated for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models, especially in the areas of the back camera system, design, chipset, AI capabilities, battery life, and display size. These upgrades may result in these models costing more money. The beginning price of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus is the same as it was last year—₹79,900 and 89,900—despite having a far more potent CPU. In the meantime, the iPhone 16’s 256GB model costs ₹89,900, while the 512GB model costs ₹1,09,900. In contrast, the pricing of the iPhone 16 Plus is ₹1,19,900 for the 512GB model and ₹99,900 for the 256GB edition. There will be five colorways for the upcoming iPhone 16 models: black, white, pink, teal, and ultramarine. They will be available to pre-order from September 13 and can be bought from September 20 onwards.
