Mother in Muzaffarpur Murders Daughter to Live with Lover, Inspired by Crime Patrol

A mother has been taken into custody by police in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, on suspicion of killing her three-year-old daughter in the Minapur neighborhood of the city. Police stated that the woman wanted to begin a new life with her paramour.

A girl’s body was discovered in a suitcase earlier on Saturday, August 24, in the Muzaffarpur neighborhood of Minapur. The community was shaken by the discovery of the child’s body, and they alerted the police about the girl’s body. After racing to the scene, the city police began looking into the event.

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) was established by Muzaffarpur police to look into the death. The mother of the dead girl was soon located by the police thanks to their investigation, and during questioning, she admitted to killing her daughter.

The mother admitted to the police that she had used a knife to cut her daughter’s throat before stuffing the corpse into a red shopping bag and hiding it in the bushes close to their house.
After being called in, a forensic team searched the family’s house and discovered bloodstains on the floor, in the sink, and on the terrace.

The accused woman admitted to authorities during the course of the investigation that she was seeing a man and intended to divorce her husband. Her lover, on the other hand, urged her to come by herself and declined to welcome her daughter. Motivated by the TV crime series ‘Crime Patrol,’ she plotted to get rid of her kid. She cut the child’s neck, placed the corpse inside a red trolley suitcase, and put the bag into a bush close to the residential area in the Minapur neighborhood of Muzaffarpur.

The boyfriend objected to her wanting to bring her daughter along. The woman was perplexed. Ultimately, she used a knife to slit her daughter’s throat. After that, she placed the body in a red trolley bag and placed it in the bushes close to their house, according to Awadhesh Dixit, the chief of police in Muzaffarpur.
Even though the woman attempted to wipe away the bloodstains on the room and terrace, the forensic team was still able to find evidence of blood, according to the police. Additionally, the murder weapon has been found.
She carried out the murder alone, according to the Muzaffarpur police. The police stated, “We have not detained the boyfriend because we have not found any evidence pointing to his involvement in the killing.”
